How does online coaching work?

Choose a package, submit your details, reserve a coach time, complete payment, and receive confirmation with your appointment information.

What happens after I pay?

Your booking becomes confirmed, the coach and admin are notified, and video access is unlocked in your customer account.

Can I create an account?

Yes. Customer login is optional, but an account lets you view your profile, orders, payment status, and video access.

Can I use Spanish?

Yes. The public website, customer account, and admin area support English and Spanish.

Can I reschedule?

For now, rescheduling can be handled by the admin from the dashboard. A customer self-reschedule feature can be added later.

Is payment real locally?

Local development uses a demo checkout. Production will connect PayPal, Stripe, and card payments after Hostinger domain and database setup.
